# Tracking Your Apprentices' Engagement and Progress

> Monitor how your apprentices are engaging with Beyond the Job, including session activity, milestones reached, and overall programme participation.

Your dashboard shows real-time engagement data so you can spot who needs a nudge and who is thriving. You get a clear picture of how your cohort is using Beyond the Job without needing to chase individual apprentices for updates.

## Metrics visible to providers

</CardGroup>

<Note>
  All data shown is aggregate and engagement-based. Individual session content, coaching notes, and personal CV drafts remain confidential between the apprentice and their coach.
</Note>

<Tip>
  Use progress data during reviews or EPA planning conversations with apprentices. If you see low session attendance, it can be a useful prompt to ask whether the apprentice needs help scheduling or feels unsure about how coaching works.
</Tip>

## How to access the data

Open the **Progress** tab in your provider dashboard. The default view shows your full active cohort. Use the date range picker to focus on a specific programme period, and use the cohort filter to compare standards or intake groups. You can export any view to CSV for your own records or for inclusion in internal reports.
