# What Apprentices Get with Beyond the Job

When your apprentices log in to Beyond the Job, they find a complete career readiness toolkit designed to help them move confidently from programme completion into their next role. Everything is built around the real challenges apprentices face when preparing for end-point assessment and the job market beyond it.

## What you see as a provider

Apprentices work independently with their coach and use the tools at their own pace. You do not see the content of coaching conversations or individual CV drafts. Instead, your provider dashboard shows aggregate engagement data: how many apprentices have activated their licences, how many sessions they have completed, and which milestones they have reached. This gives you the visibility you need to support your cohort without compromising apprentice privacy.
