We aim to make it easier for training providers to support their apprentices, strengthen off-the-job training and demonstrate the value of the learning taking place.

Our platform provides access to structured, standard-specific activities, resources and guidance, alongside tools designed to support providers with learner engagement, monitoring and compliance.

We are committed to listening to training providers, understanding the challenges they face and continuously improving our platform based on their feedback.

Employers play a crucial role in creating meaningful learning opportunities for apprentices. We want to help make that process easier.

Beyond the Job provides practical activity ideas that can be incorporated into the apprentice's working environment, helping employers turn everyday workplace experiences into meaningful development opportunities.

We want to help employers better understand their role in supporting off-the-job training and give them practical ways to contribute to an apprentice's development.
