  <Accordion title="Who is Beyond the Job for?">
    Beyond the Job supports **apprentices, employers and training providers.** Apprentices use the platform to discover and complete activities, while training providers and employers can monitor engagement and support learner development.

  <Accordion title="What types of activities are available?">
    Activities include practical workplace tasks, research, analysis, reflection and personal development activities. Activities have been designed to promote knowledge, skill and behavioural development. **Every activity** is directly mapped against the standard's KSBs.

  <Accordion title="How does an apprentice get access?">
    Access is provided through a participating training provider or employer. Apprentices are **never** charged themselves. Once a provider or employer is set up, apprentices register using the organisation's unique access code.

  <Accordion title="Can apprentices use Beyond the Job on their mobile phone?">
    Yes. The platform is accessible across both **mobile** and **desktop,** promoting learning wherever the learner may be.

  <Accordion title="How many apprenticeship standards are supported?">
    Beyond the Job currently supports over **40 apprenticeship standards**, ranging across over **10 sectors**. The team regularly review existing and new standards.

  <Accordion title="Does Beyond the Job replace training?">
    No. Beyond the Job is designed to **complement existing training and support**, not replace it.

  <Accordion title="How do I get Beyond the Job for my organisation?">
    Training providers and employers can book a **discovery call** with the Beyond the Job team. During the call, we'll discuss your requirements, demonstrate the platform and explain pricing and available options.

  <Accordion title="Who do I contact for support?">
    Your organisation's nominated contact can manage first-line access and platform queries. If further support is required, the Beyond the Job team can assist. Each provider and employer will be provided with a nominated Beyond the Job contact during onboarding.
