# Licence Models: Choosing the Right Plan for Your Cohort

> Beyond the Job offers per-learner, cohort bundle, and annual partnership licences so training providers can find the right fit for their budget and group size.

Different training providers have different needs. A small specialist programme with twelve apprentices per year has very different requirements from a large independent training organisation running multiple cohorts across several standards. Beyond the Job offers three licence models so you can choose the approach that fits your budget, your group size, and how you plan to use the platform.

  <Accordion title="Per-Learner Licence" icon="user">
    **What it is:** You purchase individual licences for each apprentice you want to support. You only pay for the learners you enrol, and you can add more at any time.

    **Who it suits:** This model works well for pilot programmes, small specialist cohorts, or providers who want to test the platform with one group before expanding. It gives you full flexibility without committing to a large volume upfront.

    **How it works:** You tell us how many apprentices you are supporting, we issue the matching number of licence codes, and you distribute them when you are ready.

  <Accordion title="Cohort Bundle" icon="users">
    **What it is:** A fixed-price bundle for a defined intake of apprentices. You agree the cohort size and programme dates upfront, and the bundle covers every learner in that intake for the full duration of their access.

    **Who it suits:** Providers with regular, predictable intakes, such as annual apprenticeship standards or college programmes that start at the same point each year. It simplifies budgeting and guarantees every apprentice in the group is covered.

    **How it works:** We align the bundle to your academic calendar. When your cohort begins, you receive the full set of licences and onboard your apprentices in one go.

  <Accordion title="Annual Partnership" icon="building">
    **What it is:** A high-volume or unlimited-use licence for the full academic or financial year. This model includes dedicated account support, advanced reporting, and priority access to new features and resources.

    **Who it suits:** Large independent training organisations, colleges with multiple departments, or any provider that wants to embed Beyond the Job across several standards and cohorts at once.

    **How it works:** We agree an annual scope based on your total learner numbers or programmes. Your account lead supports you throughout the year with check-ins, usage reviews, and renewals.

  **Custom pricing is available.** If your organisation has unique requirements, such as multi-site delivery or a mix of short and long programmes, contact our partnerships team. We will build a proposal that fits your structure and your budget.

## Choosing the right model

If you are unsure which licence is best for you, start with a conversation. Our team will ask about your cohort sizes, programme timelines, and how you want to track outcomes, then recommend the model that gives you the best value and the right level of support.
