# Frequently Asked Questions for Training Providers

> Answers to the most common questions training providers ask about purchasing, setting up, and managing Beyond the Job for their apprentice cohorts.

Before you book a conversation with us, here are the questions we hear most from training providers. If you do not see your question here, please reach out and we will be happy to help.

  <Accordion title="How do licences work and when does access start?">
    You purchase a set number of licences for your apprentice cohort. Each licence gives one apprentice full access to the platform for the duration of your agreement. Access starts from the moment you assign a licence to an apprentice, so you control the timing.

  <Accordion title="What if an apprentice leaves the programme or doesn't use their licence?">
    If an apprentice leaves or does not activate their licence, you can reassign that licence to another apprentice in the same cohort. This helps you make the most of every licence you purchase.

  <Accordion title="Can I use Beyond the Job across multiple cohorts or programmes?">
    Yes. You can use the platform across different cohorts, standards, and programmes. Your provider dashboard lets you organise apprentices into groups so you can track progress by cohort.

    We have a 'offboarding' process in place for providers who wish to exit our platform. 'Offloading' happens at the end of a licence period where we will remove your apprentices from our platform and we terminate our agreement.
