# What Is Beyond the Job and How Does It Work?

> Beyond the Job is a career coaching and employability platform designed to help apprentices succeed after programme completion and into their careers.

Beyond the Job is a career coaching and job-readiness platform built specifically for apprentices. Training providers purchase licences and grant their apprentices access to a full suite of coaching, tools, and resources that help learners prepare for employment and thrive in their careers after programme completion.

## How access works

You purchase licences for your apprentice cohorts and invite learners to join the platform. Once enrolled, apprentices use Beyond the Job independently, supported by dedicated career coaches and a rich library of employability content. You stay in control of licence allocation and can monitor engagement and progress through your provider dashboard.
