Beyond the Job supports apprentices, employers and training providers. Apprentices use the platform to discover and complete activities, while training providers and employers can monitor engagement and support learner development.
Activities include practical workplace tasks, research, analysis, reflection and personal development activities. Activities have been designed to promote knowledge, skill and behavioural development. Every activity is directly mapped against the standard’s KSBs.
Access is provided through a participating training provider or employer. Apprentices are never charged themselves. Once a provider or employer is set up, apprentices register using the organisation’s unique access code.

No. Beyond the Job is designed to complement existing training and support, not replace it.
Training providers and employers can book a discovery call with the Beyond the Job team. During the call, we’ll discuss your requirements, demonstrate the platform and explain pricing and available options.
Your organisation’s nominated contact can manage first-line access and platform queries. If further support is required, the Beyond the Job team can assist. Each provider and employer will be provided with a nominated Beyond the Job contact during onboarding.
