📊 Organisation Dashboard
The organisation dashboard gives nominated contacts a central view of the apprentices using Beyond the Job. From the dashboard, you can view key information about your users and monitor how they are engaging with the platform. You can see:- Apprentice names and details
- Login activity
- Activities completed
- Activities being worked towards
- KSB criteria being addressed
- Individual learner engagement
👥 Apprentice Management
Manage the apprentices who have access to your organisation’s Beyond the Job space. Nominated contacts can monitor users and manage access as their apprentice population changes. For example, when an apprentice completes their programme or no longer requires access, their seat can be released and allocated to another eligible learner. This gives organisations greater flexibility when managing their allocated seats.🔑 Organisation Access Codes
Each organisation receives a dedicated access code that can be provided to eligible apprentices. This creates a straightforward process for getting learners onto the platform without requiring individual accounts to be manually created by your team. Once an apprentice registers and enters the correct access code, they can access Beyond the Job.🎯 KSB Visibility
Beyond the Job helps organisations understand how activities link to the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours within an apprentice’s standard. Because activities are mapped against relevant KSB criteria, nominated contacts can see which areas apprentices are working towards through their activity engagement. This can provide an additional layer of visibility alongside your existing progress reviews, training records and evidence.📈 Learner Engagement
Use the dashboard to monitor how apprentices are engaging with the platform. Regularly reviewing activity and login information can help teams identify learners who are actively engaging with their development and those who may benefit from additional encouragement or support. Beyond the Job is designed to complement the relationship between the apprentice, employer and training provider.📚 Ready-to-Use Learning Content
