This guide is for training provider staff who are setting up Beyond the Job access for an apprentice cohort. It walks you through the full journey, from your first enquiry to the moment your apprentices log in and begin using the platform. Follow these steps to get your learners the career coaching and job search support they need.

Enquire & Book a Demo

Your demo will be hosted by Jack, our Founder, who will discuss your needs and understand your apprenticeship provision. We’ll demonstrate our platform, explain pricing and licensing, answer any questions and confirm whether you want to continue the onboarding journey.

Agree your commercial package

At this stage, you’ll agree on the number of licences/seats you require and the total cost will be agreed. You’ll also agree on the licence period, payment terms, start date and Beyond the Job will begin to work on launching your provision onto our platform.

Signing agreements

Once your package is agreed, we send you the Training Provider Agreement for electronic signature, via Docusign. This will cover aspects such as our shared responsibilities, safeguarding and access arrangements. We’ll also send you a DPA agreement as well as relevant policies for your review.

Payment

Once all agreements are signed, we move to invoicing the training provider. Once payment is cleared, your provider access is marked as Active.

Provider Account Created

The training provider’s nominated contact will be invited to the platform, with an email inviting you to join the platform.

Polishing

We then begin to import your apprentices with information such as their name, email address and apprenticeship standard. Your apprentices will then begin to receive invite emails from Beyond the Job.

Your checks

You make sure all intended apprentices are invited and that they’ve been assigned to the correct standards. 
After onboarding is complete, you’ll continue to receive on-going support and contact from a Beyond the Job team member.
