You purchase licences for your apprentice cohorts and invite learners to join the platform. Once enrolled, apprentices use Beyond the Job independently, supported by dedicated career coaches and a rich library of employability content. You stay in control of licence allocation and can monitor engagement and progress through your provider dashboard.
Apprentices access the platform on their own schedule, making it easy to fit career preparation around their existing training and work commitments.
